The Council provides assistance to professional visual artists and arts organizations in a range of genres and art forms, including film, video, crafts, painting, drawing, sculpture or multi-media.

Note: Before making an application to the Manitoba Arts Council, please make sure you have the most up-to-date guidelines, which will be available on our website at least three months prior to the program deadline date.
